Water resources

Building water resources policy is very hard issue due to several problems. One of the problems is conflict of interest. Conflict between flood control and irrigation and between requirements for abundance and those for scarcity of water can be accounted as an example. Also, varying climates conditions may be shown another problem. Irregular periods of drought and wet, problems of land and water make difficult to build the policy. Lastly administrative failures complicate to develop of water policy. Inadequate studies of water flow and soil have caused shortcomings in the policy.
